City of Decatur PulseFY2025

Unofficial demonstration dashboard

The City of Decatur’s FY2025 finances as audited — the General Fund’s adopted budget against what was actually spent, year-end fund balances, and debt, all from the city’s Annual Comprehensive Financial Report for the year ended June 30, 2025. Decatur publishes its budget inside commission materials rather than as a standalone budget book, so every figure here comes from the audited ACFR.

About these figures

Decatur’s fiscal year 2025 ran July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025. All figures are audited actuals from the city’s FY2025 ACFR (independent auditor: Mauldin & Jenkins, LLC, unmodified opinion).

The adopted-budget figure is the original FY2025 General Fund budget as reported in the ACFR’s budget-and-actual statement; Decatur does not publish a standalone adopted budget book (its budgets are adopted through City Commission materials), so this dashboard is built entirely from the ACFR.

The General Fund’s unassigned fund balance of $15,500,364 equals 40.2% of General Fund expenditures, per the ACFR.

This is an unofficial demonstration dashboard from Peach State Pulse, not published by or affiliated with the City of Decatur.
